For packing of our product retro reflective thermoplastic road marking material we are using BOPP valve bags i.e. block bottom poly woven valve bag in 25 kg capacity. These valve bags are pneumatically weigh-filled-push-seal in 6 seconds/bag by a latest automatic robotic machine. Polypropylene fabric bag is much stronger than other bag options, It’s also puncture- and tear-resistant and moisture free due to 0.5 micron internal poly lining — which is important throughout every stage of the supply chain. The bags’ strong construction gives them a longer shelf life compared to other fabrics. So the products stay safe over time

We have safe big enough storage capacity of about 500 ton in dry protected areas out of direct sunlight, heat and severe cold. We expect minimum Shelf life is 1 year when stored in cool well ventilated place with temperature below 35ºC.

The product, owing to its aliphatic chemistry, offers superior weathering resistance and colour stability.The intermix glass beads ensure long lasting retro-reflectivity, excellent adhesion on asphalt roads and wear resistance ensures longevity of the marking. Our formulation of plasticized resin, aggregate, pigment and glass beads supplied in dry powder form heated and applied to the road surface where it very quickly cools and sets.
